It is wise to research each herb recommended below before taking, specifically, to determine contraindications, safety and precautions. This

Specific Health Concerns




Stress/Tired/Worn Down etc.
  • Ginseng acts as a prophylactic and restorative agent for enhancement of mental and physical capacities, in cases of weakness,
    exhaustion, tiredness, and loss of concentration, and during convalescence. As this is this is a blood thinner, and may increase
    blood pressure, be cautious of taking it with other blood thinners (such as garlic and ginkgo biloba), and blood pressure
    medications.



Heart and Vascular Health - Probably the most important part of the body to take excellent care of are the heart and blood vessels.
Including the non-diet body care recommended below, the following supplements (the first five of which have already been listed above),
are suggested, especially to someone who has been under high stress, has high LDL levels, has had general and/or intracranial
hypertension, and otherwise poor past health:

Prevent and Cure Aneurysms: In addition to the above:
  • 2 grams of copper, 1-5 grams of NOW L-Lysine Powder 9 grams of NOW Bovine Cartilage.
  • This is what must be avoided:
  •        Sugar: completes with Vitamin C for entrance into cells.
  •        Smoking of course
  •        Alcohol
  •        Vegetable Oils and Man-made oils: acts as plastic within the cells, and sticks to them like glue.
Humming increases the NO levels by 15-fold compared with quiet exhalation. Nitric Oxide is an essential chemical the body uses in
vasodilating blood vessels.



Brain Health

  • Ginkgo Biloba - improves circulation in the brain and a powerful antioxidant.
  • Do put a cell phone directly to your ear. Use an earpiece similar to an earphone for music. The direct EM radiation through the ear
    into the soft tissue of the brain is sure to be a direct cause of brain tumors (as we shall see in the next 10 to 20 years).
  • Alzheimer's: Aluminum and fluoride poisoning (fluoride increases the uptake of aluminum in the brain) is highly correlated with
    Alzheimer's Disease. See this article. The main source of aluminum is anti-perspirants; also, from aluminum foil and cans. The main
    sources of fluoride are fluoridated water (almost all American tap water is fluoridated), toothpaste, mouthwash, black and green
    teas. By simply using a natural mineral crystal deodorant (that works just as well I can attest), using no alum foil, or buying
    foods/drinks in alum cans; drinking mineral water, or remineralized distilled/reverse osmosis water, using non-fluoride containing
    toothpaste, and drinking white and herbal teas, the risk of Alzheimer's would reasonably be presumed to be erased.
  • Autisum: There is a high correlation between autism and mercury poisoning. The main sources of mercury are silver fillings for teeth
    and fish. Ask your dentist for resin fillings, and eat low-mercury containing fish.

  • Tea tree oil: For warts or fungal infections.
  • Evening Primrose, Black Currant and Borage Oils: If you have dry skin in the winter this is a strong indicator that you are deficient in
    these fats.
  • Sun only until your skin becomes light pink. Start with short exposures to build a base and to determine what your tanning
    threshold is.



Kidney health. - A diet high in protein puts stress on the kidneys from the production of urea. It is best to do the following if eating such a
diet, or, even if not:
  • Fresh Parsley and Nettle Extract
  • Herbs: Horsetail and Uva Ursi (not for long term use - two months a year max,--e.g., one month in Jan. and one in July).
  • Sweating releases urea which relieves the kidney's of removing it. The skin is called the "third kidney" by the Chinese. A vigorous
    workout, laying in the sun, and 30 minute sauna stays are highly recommended.
Kidney Cleanse - In most cases, just drinking lots of water, and adding Celtic sea salt will do (1/4 tspn. of salt for every quart of water)!



Mucus Cleansing Diet. -
The diet and proper food combination/preparation recommended will go a long way in preventing excessive mucus build-up:
  • Grapes and citrus fruits are some of the greatest mucus-cleansers. Licorice root also helps accomplish this.
  • The foods shown to cause mucus are dairy products, white flour, grain-fed meat, potatoes, beans, rice, grains, peanuts and bad
    fats. Foods that form mucus have a glue-like bond, tightly holding their molecules together. In milk, it is casein, in wheat, rye, oats
    and barley, the glue-like substance is gluten. The dictionary defines gluten as a tough, sticky mixture of plant proteins, obtained by
    washing out the starch from wheat or other cereal flour and used as an adhesive and thickener. These glue-like bonds require
    strong stomach acids for digestion.
  • Factors other than food that increase bad mucus production: large meals (beyond fullness), eating without hunger, gulping food
    (not thoroughly chewing), and improper food combination (mainly, carbs and protein).



Lung Health.
  • Breathing deeply from the abdomen will increase oxygen intake, exercise the lungs, and stimulate the abdominal organs.
  • Licorice root tea helps remove mucus buildup from cold/flu chest congestion.
  • Aromatherapy may be of some benefit (I have never tried it).



Eye Health.
  • The diet and supplements recommended will go a long way in preventing most degenerative eyes diseases like glaucoma and macular
    degeneration:
  1. Eat low sugars/carbs: high levels insulin production which increases blood pressure and thus pressure in the eyes. Means to do
    this is limit sugar/carbs
  2. Exercise: lowers insulin levels.
  3. Take an animal-based Omega 3 (Cod Liver Oil, or Krill Oil/Salmon Oil).
  4. Lutein and Zeaxanthin: found in dark green vegetables like kale, collard greens, spinach, broccoli, brussels sprouts. It is important
    to eat these foods with a good fat or oil (coconut oil, olive oil) as these are fat/oil-soluble nutrients.
  5. Avoid trans-fats: Found in processed foods. Interferes with Omega 3 absorption.
  6. Eat dark-colored berries: They work by strengthening the capillaries that carry nutrients to eye muscles and nerves.
  7. Palm
  8. Look below the sun outside: for some reason this helps stimulate removal of vitreous fluid buildup in the eye (causes a stinging
    behind the eyes and then slight tearing).

  • Non-genetic and non-degenerative poor eyesight is a functional problem. William Bates proved that poor vision, nearsightedness
    and farsightedness, as well as astigmatism, can be reversed. This website is comprehensive. I recommend buying "Relearning to
    See Naturally" and Meir Schneider's "The Natural Vision Improvement Kit". Schneider was born blind but used these methods to
    restore 20/20 vision.
  • These are the most important things one must do: centrally fixate on objects, keep the eyes constantly moving, blink frequently,
    breath deeply, and to relax the eye muscles, palm (use your palm to shield your eyes from the surrounding light for a period of
    time).
  • Grape Seed Extract. - Improves microcirculation in he eyes; a powerful antioxidant for the eyes.
  • Bilberry.



Liver Health.
  • Milk Thistle Seed Extract and Dandelion Root (tea). Together they stimulate bile flow and liver metabolism, which is necessary to
    cleanse the blood and remove wastes from the body. Alternate one month on one month off (i.e. one month of drinking 3 cups of
    dandelion root tea with 30 drops of milk thistle seed extract added to the tea, then one month off).



Immune System Health. -
  • Pau d'arco tea, virgin expeller pressed coconut oil, garlic, clove oil and oregano oil (all recommended above) are some of nature's
    best anti-pathogens.
  • Olive leaf extract promotes healthy immune function (recommended above).
  • Tapping the middle of the sternum and massaging it stimulate the thymus gland.
  • Take the herb Astragulus after recovering from an illness as it tonifies the immune system.



Thyroid Health.
  • Fluoride interferes with thyroid function. Buy distilled water and remineralize.
  • Using  at least 1 tspn of Celtic Sea Salt will provide enough trace iodine for healthy thyroid function (i.e., you don't need to
    supplement with kelp pills, or use refined iodized table salt).
  • More than four cups/week of the following foods—in the raw form only—will interfere with your thyroid gland function. . The foods
    are:  Brussels sprouts, cabbage of all kinds, cauliflower, kale, kohlrabi, peaches, pears, rappini (a vegetable similar to broccoli,)
    spinach, strawberries, radishes, rutabagas and turnips. This should be taken into account especially by people with low natural
    thyroid (often cold hands/feet, low blood pressure).



Digestive Health
  • Probiotics. Being sure you have a healthy gut flora is extremely important. If you've ever taken antibiotics, had a bad diet, full of
    sugars, been under stress for long periods of time, chances are you have a candida overgrowth, and an unhealthy gut flora. The
    best way to maintain and re-establish a healthy gut flora is to eat fermented foods everyday for a period of one to three months.

  • If healing, or overcoming years of a bad diet, it is wise to use digestive enzymes for a couple of months both to relieve the
    pancreas and to fully digest food in the stomach.
  • Eating lemons and grapes will help break up and eliminate hardened mucus along the intestinal walls.



Inflammation and Pain
  • White Willow Bark blocks only the inflammation chain of prostaglandins and not the healing chain. Using aspirin blocks both so
    healing does occur.
  • Ginger: Anti-inflammatory and pain relief. Also settles the stomach. Fresh ginger works well steeped in boiling water as a tea or
    grated into vegetable juice.
  • Boswellia: Especially for rheumatoid arthritis.
  • Fish Oils: Animal based omega-3 fats are absolutely essential for any comprehensive anti-inflammatory program. They form the
    precursors to the molecules that actually produce or inhibit inflammation in your body (prostaglandins).
  • Bromelain: This enzyme, found in pineapples, is a natural anti-inflammatory.
  • Cetyl Myristoleate (CMO): This oil, found in fish and dairy butter, acts as a "joint lubricant" and an anti-inflammatory. The butter
    must be raw.
  • Evening Primrose, Black Currant and Borage Oils: These contain the essential fatty acid gamma linolenic acid (GLA), which is useful
    for treating arthritic pain.
  • Cayenne Cream: Also called capsaicin cream. This spice comes from dried hot peppers. It alleviates pain by depleting the body's
    supply of substance P, a chemical component of nerve cells that transmits pain signals to the brain.



Ears
  • Daily pour warm (salt) water inside the ear canal. This will loosen up impacted ear wax. Use a towel to dry around the outside of
    the ear canal. This will remove any of the loosened up ear wax that was moved.
  • For heavy impaction use hydrogen peroxide.



Dental Health.
  • Websites to find holistic dental practitioners.
  • By simply eating no sugars, using Celtic Sea Salt, and taking a liquid multiple mineral, with reasonable brushing and flossing with no
    use of fluoride, one should remain cavity-free.
  • Avoid anaesthetics. They are poisons.
  • Do not get mercury/silver fillings! Remove them if you have them!!!



Heavy Metal Poisoning. - Chelate mercury, aluminum, and lead by taking cilantro, Chlorella, Garlic, Fish Oil, Selenium, and the electrolyte
drink recommended on the Diet page.

This is especially important if you have dental amalgams (they must be removed!). Find a "holistic" dentist that knows the proper procedure to
remove mercury to minimize exposure from the removal process.
  • Dental Silver Amalgam Removal Safe Procedures: Safe removal of mercury fillings is an important consideration. Drilling can
    cause a large one-time exposure of mercury vapor. Mercury vapor is poisonous, and can cause a worsening of problems if allowed
    to be added to your other exposures. 80% of mercury vapor breathed into the lungs enters the bloodstream where it freely travels
    to the brain and other vital organs and tissues.
  1. A rubber dam properly installed during drilling will slow the rate mercury vapor directly enters the tissues of the mouth, will stop
    amalgam particles from going down the throat, and will funnel mercury vapor out of your mouth.
  2. Suction under the rubber dam will remove mercury vapor that accumulates underneath the dam. A rubber dam doesn't stop
    mercury vapor, it slows it down so that the vapor produced by the high speed drill doesn't impell directly into the mouth tissues.
  3. Breathing from a respirator becomes essential to reduce exposure since the opening to the mouth is in the immediate area where
    your nostrils draw air. Using the rubber dam will protect the mouth and throat tissues while increasing the mercury vapor available
    for nostril breathing.

  • Cilantro tincture:
  •        2 drops 2 times per day in the beginning, taken just before a meal or 30 minutes after taking chlorella
  •        Gradually increase dose to 10 drops 3 times/day for full benefit.
  •        During the initial phase of the detox cilantro should be given 1 week on, 2–3 weeks off.

Other ways of taking cilantro: rub 5 drops twice/day into ankles for mobilization of metals in all organs, joints and structures below the
diaphragm, and into the wrists for organs, joints and structures above the diaphragm.

Cilantro tea: use 10 to 20 drops in cup of hot water. Sip slowly. Clears the brain quickly of many neurotoxins. Good for headaches and
other acute symptoms (joint pains, angina, headache). Or, rub 10–15 drops into painful area. Often achieves almost instant pain relief.

  • Chlorella:
  • Take 30 minutes before main meals and at bedtime
  • Dosage: Start with 1 gram ( = 4 tab.) 3–4 times/day. This is the standard maintenance dosage for the 6–24 months of active detox
  • During the more active phase of the detox (every 2–4 weeks for 1 week), whenever cilantro is given, the dose can be increased to
    3 grams 3–4 times per day (1 week on, 2–4 weeks back down to the maintenance dosage).
  • When amalgam fillings are removed, the higher dose should be given for 2 days before and 2–5 days after the procedure (the more
    fillings are removed, the longer the higher dose should be given). No cilantro should be given around the time of dental work.
    During this time we do not want to mobilize deeply stored metals in addition to the expected new exposure.
  • If you take Vitamin C during your detox program, take it as far away from Chlorella as possible (best after meals).
  • Some people have problems digesting the cell membrane of chlorella. The enzyme cellulase resolves this problem. Cellulase is
    available in many health food stores in digestive enzyme products. Taking chlorella together with food also helps in some cases,
    even though it is less effective that way. C. Vulgaris has a thinner cell wall and is better tolerated by people with digestive
    problems.


  • Garlic: 3 cloves with each meal. Chop finely and let sit 15 minutes before eating.

  • Krill Fish Oil:
  •        Take double recommended daily dosage on bottle.
  •        Take with Chlorella

  • Selenium: normal dosage recommended (contained in Liquid Minerals).
  • Vitamin C: normal dosage taken separately from the chlorella.

  • Avoid Vegetable Oils (Omega 6) and consume Omega 3 oils (Flaxseed and Walnut).
